It delivers integrated clinical development services, including clinical trial management, clinical data management, statistical analysis, medical writing, regulatory consulting and organizational meeting management and publications services on a contract basis. Its Early Stage business focuses on the Company’s Phase I operations, while Late Stage is comprised of clinical development services related to Phases II through IV clinical trials, regulatory affairs and biometrics offerings. In June 2008, the Company announced the acquisition of DecisionLine Clinical Research Corporation.
