We specialize in craft drinks using the freshest ingredients made in house, and inspired by classic cocktails from the 1700s to the 1950s. Molly Wellmann heads our team of mixologists, who are not only experts at making our delicious cocktails, but are well versed in their history and the history of the spirits that go into them. At Japp’s, you’ll find many unique liquors as we emphasize small, craft distillers in our cocktails. Our selection of liquors is extensive and was hand selected by Molly for quality—not marketing!
