Beverly C McCarthy, Ph.D., founded the Ashford Group Inc. (now AGI Management, Inc.) in 1988. Through her tenure as CEO and Senior Consultant the company provided HR consultation to over 200 clients in almost every industry. In late 2005, the business was passed on to John McCarthy. To distinguish this transition the companies name changed to AGI Management, Inc. John McCarthy has taken over as CEO and Senior Consultant and has continued the growth of the business.
