Phase One Financial, Inc is a financial brokerage company which provides financing for the purchase of new homes, refinance existing homes, commercial financing and equipment leasing to established companies. Our company is headquartered in Chino, California with branch offices in Inglewood and Upland, California. Our company officers, Mr. Brown and Mr. Goring, worked as loan officers for a very prominent mortgage company. There, the two of them funded over $20 million dollars in loan volume while there. All types of loans, all types of clients with different situations. To add to our corporate team, Mr. Johnson is in charge of our commercial division and is the President of C&H Mission Construction and Innovative CarWash Solutions, Inc. and has become a great asset to out leadership team. Our combined experience makes us better equipped to handle the so-called tough loans. This is why we have a larger funding ratio than most companies in the industry. Being limited to the types of loans we could close for our previous company, we decided to launch our own multi-faceted company and bring back the caring attitude and customer service many of our clients had become accustomed to and as a result, Phase One Financial, Inc. was established in March 2004. We are a fully licensed and bonded Corporation in good standing with the State of California. By us having access to over 200 lenders, we are able to put the right lender with the right borrower. Our volume translates to lower costs, which is passed down to the clients we serve. So you never have to worry about whether or not Lender A can do the deal. We just go to Lender B, and so on until we get you what you want, ultimately the best deal. We are an company that is steadily growing, most of this is made possible by the continued support of our clients and our business partners who are on the frontline making things happen.
