West Valley Properties was established in 2002 by Broker/Owner, Johnna Ornbaun. Office hours are by appointment only, as most of our time is spent in the field handling the various needs of our clients. In order to provide the most direct and personal assistance, agents Johnna, Kelly, and Kandi each handle their own areas of expertise. Johnna and Kelly specialize in the Colusa and Glenn county areas, while Kandi focuses primarily on the Butte county area.
