Jodea Foster has over 12 years experience as a trial lawyer. Mr. Foster earned his Juris Doctor with distinction in 1992 from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, where his education emphasized criminal defense and the protection of civil rights. Mr. Foster currently limits his practice to the County of Butte, but in the past he represented clients in sixteen counties in the State of California,the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court for the State of California and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. Jodea Foster is an active member of the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice and the California Public Defenders Association.
