WILDFIRE NOW OFFERS A PARTY PLATTER MENU! Wildfire party platters are perfect for entertaining at your home or office. The platters feed eight to ten people and we will include utensils and plates if needed. The menu features Wildfire favorites including BBQ baby back ribs, roasted herb chicken, Wildfire chopped salad, prime rib, cedar planked salmon and our horseradish crusted filet mignon. Sandwich, pasta and dessert platters are also on the menu. Please ask to speak to a manager and we will be happy to assist with putting together your party platter order for your next party.
