The Company provides on-site management services at multi-level and surface parking facilities for all markets of the parking industry. It manages approximately 2,200 locations, containing over one million parking spaces, in over 330 cities across the United States and Canada. The Company’s diversified client base includes private and public owners, managers and developers of office buildings, residential properties, commercial properties, shopping centers and other retail properties, sports and special event complexes, hotels, and hospitals and medical centers. In addition, it manages 133 parking-related and shuttle bus operations serving 63 airports. In November 2008, it acquired certain assets of Downtown Valet, LLC, a valet operator in Seattle, Washington. In February 2008, the Company acquired certain assets of G.O.
