On-Campus Resources (OCR) provides employers with customized interim, seasonal or ongoing college recruitment support services of any type. OCR began in 1996 as a division of an executive search firm providing a non-traditional and cost-effective alternative for hiring entry-level candidates to fill professional positions. We began our business by providing full-service college recruiting programs for financial services companies. The next stage of our evolution involved expanding our services and the industries we serve. Finally, since early 2000, we have been marketing our services to companies throughout North America covering virtually all industries.
