McMillan|Doolittle was co-founded in 1986 by Sidney N. Doolittle and Norm H. McMillan, both recognized for their distinguished careers in retailing. They developed a process of working collaboratively with clients to create dynamic new customer-driven retail strategies. Since 1986, our group of experienced partners has helped many retailers and suppliers worldwide to successfully navigate the changing marketplace. Our consulting expertise is derived from a partnership that brings together more than 100 years of combined retailing experience. Retail Watch, our quarterly newsletter, is a well-respected international publication on new retailing concepts and trends. In 1992 McMillan|Doolittle helped form EBELTOFT, an international network of affilliated retail consultants throughout the world. These consultants provide us with access to retail contacts, market intelligence and clients all over the world. EBELTOFT members meet several times each year to exchange information and ideas. In the late 90's we significantly expanded our retail capabilities by broadening our partner affiliate and alliance network of retail experts.
