The mission of LawPact is to not only improve the management of members' practices but also assist members to better evaluate growth strategies for their practices. Among LawPact's primary benefits are:Practice Management Forum - LawPact holds Spring and Fall member conferences that deliver high caliber programming on state of the art ideas regarding the management and operation of member firms. LawPact strives to bring "best practices" and state of the art ideas to members by sharing information between members and gathering data and information from external sources. At our conferences, we have high caliber programs on current trends and practices regarding the management and operation of member firms and member firm roundtable discussions. Topics may include: financial data dissected into relevant comparative measurements related to key profitability and growth ratios, staff costs and other operating expense percentages; compensation strategies; value pricing and billable hours analysis, etc; administrative information; management practices; marketing programs; and technology and software surveys and updates. Resource Network - If a member firm or a client has a question regarding local practices or local law, you may call on a LawPact member in that vicinity to get quick answers and advice. Referral Network - LawPact provides opportunities for leveraging member expertise and services that can be provided to other members and their clients. LawPact members continue to explore ways to enable member firms to identify and access multi-disciplinary marketing resources and opportunities available within the membership of the association. LawPact also maintains its affiliation with Inpact Americas and its related organizations in order to improve member relations and the working relationship with CPA firms.
