Infrastructure Engineering, Inc. (IEI) is one of the largest African American owned civil engineering firms in Chicago. Since its inception in 1986, IEI serves public and private organizations within the Chicago metropolitan area, focusing upon the delivery of high quality, innovative civil and structural engineering expertise and construction management services. The firm was acquired by its current President, Michael Sutton, P.E., in 1997.
