PLCS Corporation is licensed as a Professional Design Firm, Land Surveyor Corporation, in the State of Illinois. PLCS consists of 3 divisions, each having over 80 years of surveying experience in the Chicago area. These are Gremley & Biedermann, Inc., James, Schaeffer & Schimming, Inc. and Chicago Guarantee Survey Company. We provide land survey services for a broad range of clients including municipalities, law firms, developers, architects, engineers and general contractors on a daily basis. Our 67 employees consist of 10 Licensed Illinois Professional Land Surveyors, 48 technical support staff and 9 office support staff. We put 15 plus survey crews in the field on a daily basis allowing us to meet our client’s requirements in a timely, professional manner.
