Gabriel provides site assessment and investigative services to banks, real estate brokers, and developers. We have performed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Phase II soil borings since the inception of ASTM standards and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency's contaminated soil regulations. Our remediation staff seeks to find alternatives to the typical "dig and haul" approach, leading to a better value for our clients by keeping expenses and time to a minimum. Gabriel also provides industrial environmental testing, monitoring, and consulting services to industrial, commercial, and government agencies. The company has wide experience in all media: water, air and soils, with specializations including include wastewater and storm water compliance sampling and monitoring, indoor air quality testing and air compliance, subsurface soil investigations and remediation, and wastewater treatment facility design. Gabriel's full-service, NELAC-certified laboratory handles both organic and inorganic analyses. The lab is equipped to provide analysis for wastewater and stormwater, soil investigation and remediation from LUST incidents, indoor air quality, OSHA compliance, waste disposal, and asbestos sampling. Gabriel owns Turnkey Environmental Consultants, a division which specializes in industrial hygiene, indoor air quality, asbestos, and Phase I services in the northwest Chicagoland area. Gabriel is also partners with Environmental Services Group, a laboratory and consulting group located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Gabriel's 2,000+ clients are located throughout the Midwest, and include Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, major developers and real estate organizations, manufacturers, hospitals and health care organizations, government entities, and educational institutions. To respond to the needs of our clients, Gabriel employs over 50 staff members. These individuals include engineers, chemists, geologists, hydrogeologists, and technicians with many years of experience and training in the broad scope of environmental management and laboratory analysis.
