Buchhammer & Kehl, P.C., is the successor to the law firm of Guy, Williams, White & Argeris which was established in 1949. The firm is AV rated by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory®. From its founding, the firm has engaged in civil and trial practice in all state and federal courts with its primary emphasis on insurance defense. Areas of our defense practice include: general insurance defense, long haul trucking and motor carrier defense, casualty, products liability, malpractice, personal injury, employment, civil rights, bad faith, business litigation and construction. The attorneys of Buchhammer & Kehl, P.C., are licensed in Wyoming and Colorado and provide legal services for clients throughout the entire state of Wyoming and Northern Colorado. Our practice involves litigation and appeals in all state and federal courts in Wyoming, Colorado and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Our experience includes working with national and multinational clients, national claim offices, national counsel, and corporate counsel. We tailor our practice to each client's individual needs and requirements. Over the last few years we have been receiving recurring questions from several of our insurance and self-insured clients about Wyoming's tort law and insurance law. While providing answers to our clients' questions, we have also decided to make this information more available to the insurance industry. We have accomplished this through a major revision to the Wyoming Insurance Law Digest contained in Best's Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys. Beginning in 1996 we began preparing a bi-annual newsletter of significant cases, statutes, and information pertaining to Wyoming tort and insurance law and timely information from the federal courts including the U.S. Supreme Court. This information is now available through the "NEWSLETTER" link. The law firm of Buchhammer and Kehl, P.C., is a full service insurance defense firm. We are fully computerized for cost efficient service.
