Founded in 1999, e-Link Communications provides voice and broadband data communications services to small and medium-sized businesses in two metropolitan areas, New York City and Washington D.C. A fully integrated communications company with high-speed wiring in place in commercial office buildings, e-Link owns and manages in-building infrastructure, including the actual physical connection between customers and out-of-building networks. In October 2001, e-Link acquired the assets of On-Site Access, at one time one of the largest in-building service providers in New York.
