Chesapeake Benefit Services, Inc. was established in 1987 to market employee benefit plans to groups in Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. With the rapid acceleration of benefit costs, especially health insurance, during the 1990's the business increased rapidly as employers searched for more affordable benefit solutions for their employees. Today, Chesapeake Benefit Services, Inc. works with multi-state employers, national franchise organizations and business associations in addition to it's local client base. The firm is comprised of employee benefit and financial planning professionals. Our mission has not changed, although modern communication tools, including the web, have given us greater reach in the marketplace.
