RealStat, Inc. was formed to promote the use of state of the art automated valuation models (AVMs). We developed and market RealStat software for appraisers, which is an easy to use Microsoft Excel based program that employs multiple regression hedonic econometric analysis for the valuation of all types of real estate. RealStat, Inc. also provides traditional real estate appraisal and consulting services specializing in tax assessment appeals, subdivisions, construction and permanent financing, and feasibility studies. We appraise all types of real estate including office buildings, light and heavy industrial facilities, residential apartment buildings, hotels, restaurants, and historic properties.
