Working as a manager of IT consulting at Ernst & Young LLP for seven years, and having thirteen years of information systems experience overall, my conviction was that businesses were tired of the chaos that ensues from firms using large inexperienced teams, nebulous requirements, impractical deliverables and unfounded deadlines. I found that the majority of projects could be managed and developed on time, within budget and meet their core requirements by providing small experienced teams using reliable and reusable tools as a foundation to build, implement and maintain systems. This is the basis that Galileo Communications, Inc operates. Our project methodology focuses on understanding your issues and objectives, ensuring that our involvement provides a clear return on investment and using tried and true tools and processes to make sure we do our job as effectively and efficiently as possible.
