COS prides itself in being accurate in our dealings with you. While we are not perfect, COS strives to be 100% accurate in our order fulfillment, distribution, invoices, and the return/credit process. We will strive to limit our credits to 2% of total purchases. We will fulfill 98.5% of all orders the next business day. We will invoice you the amount agreed upon, and we will process all returns/credits within (5) business days of notification. This means satisfaction from the end user, purchasing, and accounting. COS is accountable to you for every phase of our relationship. All of the account decisions are being made by people who can make it happen, who can channel the resources. You are dealing directly with COS? owners and managers, not with a string of revolving salespeople or out-of-state decision makers. All business reviews will be conducted by owners and managers who are intimately involved in the business, as well as your account. There is never a chain of command to deal with. All problems, concerns, changes, etc., are dealt with openly and honestly, and resolved as mutually agreed upon.
