Image Entertainment, Inc. (Image) is a worldwide independent licensee, producer and distributor of home entertainment programming. The Company’s focus is on an array of general and specialty content, including feature films, comedy, music concerts, urban, theatrical catalogue films, independent films, foreign and silent films, youth culture/lifestyle, Latin, theatre, country, television and gospel. Image also acquires rights to audio content for distribution via digital platforms and on compact disc (CD) spread across a variety of genres and configurations, including albums; compilation CDs; television and movie soundtracks; stand-up comedy programs; broadway original cast recordings, and audio recordings from its live concert event digital versatile discs (DVDs). The Company acquires programming mainly by entering into distribution agreements with producers and other content providers.
