Event Planning International Corporation (EPIC) is headquartered in Charlotte, NC and supplies Trade Show Registration, Lead Retrieval, Database Sales, and Management and Information related services and licenses to Trade Show sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees throughout the US and Canada. The company is privately held and has been in business for 15 years. EPIC supplies services to some of the largest trade shows in the country with attendance ranging from a few hundred to well over 40,000 attendees and shows ranging up in size to almost 500,000 net sq ft. and over 800 exhibiting companies. The company is unlike any other registration company since it was started by a trade association (The Material Handling Industry) who was dissatisfied with the current level of service being offered by the various registration and lead management suppliers in the market. EPIC began with the goal of developing a company that made trade show registration a seamless process to attendees and exhibitors while providing easy to use and reliable lead retrieval systems. To accomplish the goal, EPIC has focused its efforts on developing strong pre-registration processes that help reduce the number of onsite registrants and improve data quality.
