Viva Chicken is currently owned by Randy Garcia and Bruno Macchiavello. Both owners are familiar with Peruvian cuisine, Randy's wife is from Peru and Bruno was born and raised in Peru. Owners Randy and Bruno have known each other for the past seventeen years, while working for Randy's family restaurant, where both gained valuable knowledge about the industry. Both are confident that Charlotte is ready for this new type of cuisine that will blow your taste buds away.
