The Resourcing Solutions Group (TRSG), formed in December 2002, brought together a family of companies who have been providing workforce management solutions since 1987. These solutions are provided under an outsourcing process. All of TRSG's products and services are marketed under the trade name of AsmaraHRSM. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, with regional operation centers in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Auburn, Maine and with sales and client services centers in Houston and El Paso, Texas; Winchester, Virginia; Mobile, Alabama; and Raleigh, North Carolina, TRSG serves clients along the eastern seaboard and across the Gulf of Mexico. Through a variety of workforce management and insurance products, TRSG is able to work with a client base ranging from emerging businesses to mid-sized businesses up to 5,000 employees. In 2006, TRSG recognizing the need to expand product offerings and increase services to clients acquired Consolidated Benefit Services, a full-service insurance agency, thus expanding its product line with the addition of business insurance and employee benefits. In addition to the insurance based products, TRSG's outsourcing offering provides a comprehensive, yet flexible, Workforce Management System that encompasses a broad range of services, including benefits and payroll administration, health and workers' compensation insurance programs, personnel records management, employer liability management, employee recruiting selection, employee performance management, and employee training and development services. Outsourcing is moving an entire department, specific functions or position that had been in-house to an external service provider. The reason for outsourcing is to eliminate functions that are non-revenue producing, allowing companies to focus on their company's core competencies. Companies that outsource their human resources functions have typically found an annual cost savings between 10 to 20 percent! Even more prominent than costs savings, company owners and managers experience a relief from having to deal with human resources issues. Reducing administrative tasks gives them more time to build their business and increase revenues. TRSG products benefit both the client/employer and the employees of the client.
