MedStaff Carolinas is the leading Nurse Staffing Agency dedicated exclusively to the Carolinas. We are a single source of Nurses for both temporary and permanent placement positions. You are always treated as a valuable employee of MedStaff Carolinas, where we take out taxes and provide benefits including a 401(k) plan to which the company matches on a 50% basis. We are active in all of the following:Travel Nursing - Minimum of 13 weeks, full-time, where we provide housing, travel reimbursement and a myriad of other benefits. Contract Nursing - Is either full-time or part-time, guaranteed, and offers a set work schedule. We do not provide housing to contract personnel, but the hourly pay rate is adjusted upward to give the Nurse the same gross pay and benefits rate. Per Diem Nursing - The Nurse's agreement to work is not established in advance. Nurses make their own schedules without prior commitment to any work not specifically accepted. Temporary to Permanent Assignments - This is a feature of any of the above arrangements. Our permanent placement fees -- when a MedStaff Carolinas nurse becomes the hospital's employee -- are modest and usually paid by the hospital. As Carolinas specialists, we know each client hospital well, the people with whom you will be working, and the area in which you will be living. You can use MedStaff as a permanent part of your decision to be a Traveling Nurse (provided you won't miss the opportunities in Brownsville, TX, Grand Forks, ND or The Bronx, NYC). You can use us a resource for re-establishing yourself [temp-to-perm] or you can use us to supplement your income with a part-time contract or Per Diem arrangement.
