Founded on the eve of the new millennium by Alan Morgan and Lisa Lee Morgan, LMI strives to serve clients seeking high quality construction installations with careful cost and schedule controls and sensitivity to design goals. LMI is dedicated to smart growth practices, including new construction using environmentally appropriate techniques; restoration, renovation and upfit of existing buildings; and historic preservation of landmark structures. Both partners are natives of Charlotte, NC. Alan Morgan guides the firm's business and project operations with experience as a contractor, construction manager and designer since 1978. Lisa Lee, an architect since 1983, is an experienced owner's representative and construction manager, develops new business for LMI, bringing our clients a synthesized understanding of the design and construction processes.
