Prior to founding her consulting practice, Karen directed Bank of America's management development and training efforts and initiated and implemented the company's first work/family program. She is currently a doctoral candidate for the Ph.D. in Leadership and Change at Antioch University, earned an M.S. from Indiana University and a B. A. from University of Rochester. Her associates have similar experience in leadership development, group facilitation, 360 feedback administration and executive coaching.
