The HighReach Learning training department offers many services that help programs implement all of the HighReach Learning curricula. We also offer an array of professional development workshops and consulting services. The services are designed to help programs integrate and support their ongoing professional development plans. We offer: On-site, customized professional development Customized sessions at our Training Center in Charlotte, NC Staff Development workshops Consulting and technical assistance services Keynote speeches by invitation All HighReach Learning staff development and training sessions are hands-on, practical, highly interactive, and based on sound principles of adult learning. The sessions provide participants with practical strategies designed to work in the classroom. All staff development and training programs are provided by our educated and experienced staff. All of our trainers are based in our Charlotte office and have exclusive rights to HighReach training. Only our trainers are endorsed to conduct training on the HighReach Learning curricula. HighReach Learning Professional Development Services are used by: Head Start programs Pre-K programs Private and public child care centers State pre-K initiatives Resource and Referral agencies Child Care Associations
