Carousel's investor base includes institutional investors and an elite group of more than 60 current and former CEO's with significant operating experience. Carousel invests in companies primarily in three targeted growth sections: business services; consumer products and services; and healthcare services. Throughout its history, Carousel has focused on acquiring and growing exceptional companies in the Southeastern U.S. Due to our unparalleled investor network and relationships in the Southeast, we are uniquely positioned to be a value-added investor for companies operating in this region of the country. Carousel's investment criteria are focused. We prefer to acquire established Southeastern businesses with proven management teams and more than $3 million of operating cash flow. We are not a venture capital firm and do not consider investments in early stage or pre-revenue companies. Carousel focuses its investment efforts on three sectors with strong growth characteristics: business services; consumer products and services; and healthcare services.
