Belk, Inc. is a privately owned department store business in the United States. During the fiscal year ended February 2, 2008 (fiscal 2008), the Company operated 303 retail department stores in 16 states, primarily in the southern United States. Belk provides customers shopping, with a merchandise mix and offerings of brands, styles, assortments and sizes.
