Visarc was established in 1996 to help building industry professionals leverage emerging computer technology that enables architectural design exploration and evaluation, communication of design intent, and management of risk. We recognize that the last three decades of political, economic, and technology development has put significant pressure on architects to perform more tasks to deliver a building project in less time. The impact of these pressures have reduced the opportunity for architects to effectively test and communicate design intent, raising the level of risk for designers, builders, and owners. Through our current 3d modeling, rendering, visualization, and simulation services, we aim to help designers, builders and owners achieve superior design and construction practices by increasing the ability for designers to test and evaluate projects prior to construction, communicating design intent more effectively, and reducing risk. By contracting with Visarc, our clients receive expert visualization and simulation services, enabling their own staff to concentrate on their own core capabilities. While our services are oriented for architects, we can work with general contractors, developers, building owners, and others. Our staff is well trained in design and construction, and our work focuses exclusively on architecture and built environments. We strive for accuracy and speed to achieve consistent, reliable results.
