Sandlapper Tours, Inc. was founded by Bryan Collins and Timothy H. Collins, brothers and natives of Charleston, South Carolina. Through their love of Charleston and the outdoors, both Bryan and Timothy have a deep affinity for the natural history and beauty embodied in Charleston's coastal environment. Bryan and Timothy realized a market for guide narrated water tours leaving from downtown Charleston, and thus, Sandlapper Tours was born. Sandlapper Tours offers regularly scheduled guide narrated history and nature tours as well as the ever popular sunset cruise. The goal of Sandlapper Tours is to provide quality water tours. We are committed to providing outstanding customer service as well as entertaining, educational water tours. History tours bring Charleston's rich and vivid past alive. Nature tours provide a chance to see and learn about Charleston's abundant marine life and the opportunity to see fish and crab up close in the touch tank on board the boat. The sunset cruise offers a relaxing way to see Charleston's harbor and historic Battery or depending on the tide to cruise through a serene creek. Sandlapper Tours also offers group and private charters. Imagine your wedding party or reception cruising leisurely around the Battery, or your birthday party, oyster roast or crab boil on a barrier island. Your imagination is the limit. All tours are aboard our 45 foot USCG certified twin engine catamaran and are run by USCG certified Captains.
