(Washington, PA) General Industries of Charleroi, Pennsylvania has successfully completed the new 7-story Nationwide Centre Office Building in downtown Washington, Pennsylvania. General Industries is also finishing the final tenant improvements and build-outs for the main tenant anchor, Nationwide Appraisal Services Corporation, who will move their headquarters from Southpointe to Nationwide Centre in the first two weeks in February, bringing over 600 employees to the heart of the revitalized central business district of Washington. Millcraft Industries, Inc. of Southpointe in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania is the master developer of the project. Nationwide Centre is the first phase of "The Crossroads" - a $100 million dollar mixed-use urban revitalization project in downtown Washington featuring the Class A Nationwide Centre Office Building, Retail Spaces, an Outdoor Amphitheatre, Hotel, Parking Garage and an adjacent City Park. Nationwide Centre is a stunning 156,000 square foot, 7-story office building at the corner of East Beau Street and North Franklin Street, just one block west of Washington's Main Street and the County Courthouse. Nationwide Centre is the first high-rise office building built in Washington since 1977, when Millcraft Industries developed and built the adjacent Millcraft Center on West Chestnut Street.
