Positive Development Psychology is a therapy practice serving New York and Connecticut. With both teletherapy sessions and in-person comprehensive treatment, we help young people address and navigate social, emotional, and behavioral challenges with a specialization in anxiety treatment and behavior management. Through evidence-based practices, coupled with a compassionate, collaborative, and empathic approach, we strive to provide support and tools for children, adolescents, young adults, and their parents to develop confidence, contentment, and peace.
