MSE provides wetland delineation, mitigation, and enhancement services, as well as assisting our clients through the Clean Water Act 404 permitting process. Our wetland ecologists, soil scientists and hydrologists provide an integrative team approach to wetland management. We have provided Wetland Mitigation Plans and delineations for developers and projects subject to jurisdiction under the United States Army Corps of Engineers, and have conducted extensive surface water and groundwater studies in support of wetland projects. MSE has a unique capability in designing and constructing wetlands for treatment of mine and industrial discharges in remote areas without access to power and for projects requiring advanced treatment to meet stringent water quality standards.
