South Bay EDC, Inc is a performance based General and Specialty construction company with Design/Build capabilities. By using a combination of our more than 45 employees and our broad network of dependable subcontractors, we are able to plan, manage and execute multiple concurrent projects. We are proud of the reputation we have built by consistently exceeding our customer's expectations. We have steadily grown over the life of our company by focusing on our client's needs and priorities. We use communication, coordination and scheduling to complete each project on time and on budget. Our proactive approach to job safety and cleanliness has resulted in our company never having experienced a lost time accident since our inception in 1993. Our company has been administering contracts electronically with the Department of Defense since 2000. All responsible field personnel communicate electronically via laptop computer and internet. Our state of the art Citrix Server allows all office and field employees to be connected to a central database. Microsoft Office products, Adobe Acrobat, Primavera Software, Timberline Accounting and Project Management and AutoCadd are standard company wide. All financial data is tracked through our Timberline accounting system as well as budgets, subcontracts and purchase orders. We monitor on a daily basis committed costs, cost to complete and schedule data for all projects. Our excellent past performance record has resulted in us being selected for numerous MATOC, MACC and IDIQ type contracts for multiple Federal agencies. The repeated contracts with multiple agencies is a testimony to our attention to detail and dedication to the customer.
