The Cedar Creek Winery is a sister winery of the Wollersheim Winery of Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin, which has been in business since 1972. Wollersheim purchased the Cedar Creek Winery in August of 1990, and added the Cedar Creek brand to its line of products. Today, Wollersheim and Cedar Creek are two of the country's prominent small regional wineries. Longtime visitors to our Cedarburg location may remember our two predecessors. The Newberry Winery opened along with the historic Cedar Creek Settlement in 1972; the Stone Mill Winery was in business from the mid-70's until 1990.
