Under the new ownership of Rebecca Mumaw Smith and Bradley W. Smith, they continue the Cedar Brewing legacy of providing superior microbrews, adding high quality food and wine in a unique customer experience. Brew Master, Mike Snyder, continues to handcraft the many types of ale that are the signature of Cedar Brewing Company. The restaurant seats approximately 150 and provides a variety of freshly grilled foods, dry-rub, slow smoked BBQ ribs, Cajun dishes, specialty pastas, appetizers, soups, salads and daily features. In addition to five main ales on tap, there are 5 seasonal brews are also featured.
