Carmel Tile & Marble Co. is a supplier of Marble, Granite, Slate, Travertine, Limestone, Porcelain, Ceramic and Hand-made tiles, including other various innovative products for home and commercial applications. The company first opened over 10 years ago in its present location and was family owned and operated with a showroom of approximately 900 square feet. In January 1999 the company began updating the showroom with the latest trends in various unique materials that homeowners, designers and architects alike were requesting. In the middle of 1999, the building space next to Carmel Tile & Marble became available, and the idea formed of expanding and renovating the showroom. After months of planning and acquiring the required city permits, demolition finally began in January 2000. Today, the showroom is now over 3,700 square feet with more than 140 different installations on the floors alone. SERVICE: We know and understand how confusing, time-consuming and frustrating construction can be. Making the right choices and decisions not only assists in a smooth transition time, but also saves our clients from costly mistakes. We strive to circumvent job problems by offering the following complimentary services to insure 100% customer satisfaction! EXCLUSIVE: On-site Architectural Design Illustration; Job site measuring & estimates; Storage in our warehouse until the customer is ready for the material; Take home sampling and Job-site delivery. We also offer in-home or showroom appointments before or after business hours. STATE OF THE ART SHOWROOM: We've gathered some of the most beautiful, innovative and unique materials from all over the world and have installed them in various designs, patterns and colors on our showroom floor. Our customers are now able to actually visualize how the material that they choose will appear once it is installed in their homes. Our walls are laden with a variety of concept boards, placed for ease of viewing with varying types of lighting. We also have many styles of books and brochures on display for our customer's perusal to gain further inspiration and ideas from. We dare to say that our showroom is one of the finest in the country, as we are truly, one-of-a-kind. LOCATION: Located at the mouth of Carmel Valley, adjacent to The Barnyard in the Carmel Rancho Square Shopping Village, we're a convenient stop for anyone traveling between the Peninsula, Carmel Valley and Big Sur. By importing and warehousing selective materials, we keep our costs to a minimum and pass our savings on to our clients, breaking the stereotype of higher pricing due to our locale.
