Once we have been chosen for a project, we have committed to a start date, and our client has committed to us, we will then explain all costs in detail provide projections, estimates and get the project underway. When doing business with our clients, we utilize what is known as a ,negotiated contract,. Our practice is to not bid on construction projects. We feel that this practice could be a losing proposition for the Contractor and the client as well. Our design and build concept works well for us and our clients, as the project is designed, the contract is negotiated and the project is built for an agreed upon fee. All of the integral components of your project will be integrated into your final approved design.
