EURO-TECH Development Co., L.L.C.is a residential home-building business venture owned and managed by the principals of Royal West Properties, Inc., GEC Architecture, Inc. and EURO-TECH Development Co., Inc. The principals of these three companies came together for the purpose of building and developing quality and affordable homes as well as providing value and service to its customers and to those communities in which EURO-TECH builds and develops homes. Royal West Properties, Inc. was founded in September 1982, by its principal and current president; Mr. Gaston Cantens, Sr. Royal West Properties is dedicated to the promotion and sale of residential real estate land and home sites in Cape Coral. Since its inception, Royal West Properties has sold more than 4,000 residential home sites in Cape Coral. Royal West Properties, Inc. is incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida and is registered with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the State of Florida Land Sales Division and is registered with the State of New Jersey Real Estate Department. Royal West Properties is the company currently with the largest inventory of residential home sites available for sale in the city of Cape Coral. This extensive inventory enables Royal West Properties, Inc. to meet the individual interests and home site needs of EURO-TECH customers. The June 1989 issue of Hispanic Business magazine ranked Royal West Properties, Inc., as the eighteenth fastest growing company among the 500 largest Hispanic-owned companies in the United States.
