Granite Northland Associates was founded in 1971 and moved into the "Log Cabin" building facing Canaan Common at the intersection of Routes 4 and 118 in April 1977. In August 1986 offices were also opened in the Historic 1898 Williams House, Professional Building, along Route 4 in Enfield. We are an independent, family run business with a long history of satisfied sellers and buyers.
