Sanco Pipelines, Inc., founded in 1956, is a General Engineering Contractor specializing in underground construction. Headquartered in Campbell California , Sanco serves the greater Bay Area with operations extending from King City in the South to Santa Rosa in the North as well as the San Joaquin Valley and greater Sacramento area. Sanco Pipelines holds a State of California General Engineering, Class A C42, Contractors License and is signatory to both the Operating Engineers and Laborers' Unions. Sanco is also an active member of the National Underground Contractors Association (NUCA) and in Northern California , a founding member of the Engineering and Utility Contractors Association (EUCA). Sanco works on projects as either a subcontractor or a general contractor. Private projects are obtained through negotiation and competitive bidding. Public works jobs are sourced through publications and public entity approved bid lists. Sanco believes that safety is part of success. To insure the welfare of each and every employee we have implemented an extensive safety program that includes, but is not limited to, an OSHA approved Illness & Injury Prevention Program , a Sanco Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention Policy , including random/reasonable cause drug testing and testing of all new hire and re-hire employees, and a Driver's Policy that includes written and hands on, behind the wheel, training. We also require that many of our employees be Cal-OSHA certified and trained as a competed person, basic flagger, forklift operator, and in confined space entry as well as First Aid/CPR certified. Our company specializes in the installation of sanitary sewer, storm drain, domestic water, reclaimed water and underground fire lines.
