ProMOS Technologies Inc. is a semiconductor memory solution provider in Taiwan. The Company is principally engaged in the research, design, development, manufacture and sale of synchronous dynamic random access memories (SDRAMs), as well as the related import and export businesses. The Company provides 64 megabytes (Mb), 128 Mb and 256Mb SDRAMs, 128Mb, 256Mb and 512Mb double data rate (DDR) SDRAMs and others. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets. As of December 31, 2007, the Company had six wholly owned subsidiaries, including United Memories, Inc, ProMOS Technologies Pte.
