In the year 2000, Delmarva Pole Building Supply, Inc. was founded by Joseph Kramer in response to a growing need for an inexpensive alternative to traditional "stick-built" framing methods. Joe had a vision for his new company that placed an emphasis on the customer and coupled a quality product with superior service. This philosophy has fueled the company's growth from 2 full-time people to the 26 who represent Delmarva Pole Building Supply, Inc. today. Recognized by The National Frame Builders Association as "the leading post frame construction company on the Delmarva Peninsula", the company is committed to further establishing its reputation for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. With over 50 years of combined experience, the executive management team at Delmarva Pole Building Supply, Inc. has developed a small post-frame construction company into a highly diverse corporation. Delmarva Pole Building Supply, Inc. offers products and services that range from a storage garage to fully-engineered commercial office complexes using masonry, wood, and/or steel construction materials.
