SAJ Associates was formed in 1997 to bring professional, practical and effective advice to small and medium size businesses and their owners. Since our founding we have helped our clients increase sales and profitability, deal with organizational and employee issues, raise capital, increase cash flow, develop new products and services, and prepare their businesses for sale. Our clients range from market leaders to start-ups, in industries as diverse as equipment manufacturing, engineering services, equipment rental and leasing, printing, warehousing and distribution, specialty finance, and technology and telecommunications. Stephen A. Jarossy, President of SAJ Associates, is an accredited Executive Associate of the Institute for Independent Business. The IIB is a worldwide organization of over 3,000 senior executives from every type of business discipline. Through research and practical application, the IIB is commited to bringing professional management expertise to small and medium size businesses. By accessing the collective expertise and experience of the Institute and its Executive Associates, we are able to assist our clients solve any business or managerial issue and take advantage of the opportunities they may not have the time or resources to pursue. Prior to forming SAJ Associates, Mr. Jarossy had over fifteen years of investment banking and corporate finance experience specializing in debt and equity placements, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity investments for middle market businesses. He was a principal in the start up, growth and eventual sale of a specialty finance company and the acquisition, consolidation and sale of cable television systems with over 250,000 subscribers. Mr. Jarossy has a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Management from Virginia Tech and an MBA in Finance with Honors from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a member of the Phi Mu Delta national business honor society, and a member of the Planning Board of the Township of West Caldwell, NJ.
