As a former college athlete, I am interested in athlete mental health and treat issues impacting current and former athletes ages 10 and up. I see my clients as whole human beings, not just sport performers. I help athletes and non-athletes overcome barriers and learn healthy coping skills to manage their stress and anxiety. I am a Board Member of the Alliance of Social Workers in Sports. With over 20 years of clinical experience, I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker serving clients throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. As a dedicated member of the National Association of Social Workers, I provide evidence-based care grounded in decades of professional practice.
