Valley Natural Foods is committed to local food systems and food safety. We recently became HACCP Certified which allows continuous Federal Inspection of our internal processes. Many people do not realize that we process the whole beef right here at Valley Natural Foods. That's direct from the farm to the co-op to your fork. We support local Minnesota family farmers in our Bubba's Natural Beef program. We monitor the care and humane husbandry of our line and know our farmer-partners by first name. Such close relationships also enhance customer safety as it gives us a system of traceability. In an effort to meet our customers' needs, we are now offering a 100% grass-fed Bubba's Natural beef. Look for the green GRASS-FED label. We continue to provide traditional corn-finished Bubba's Natural Beef for those who prefer the classic Midwest flavor. As always, we provide healthy choices for our shoppers!
