Delaney Meeting & Event Management (DMEM) is a full-service, woman-owned, independent meeting planning organization. Our mission is to provide exceptional meeting & event planning services in collaboration with non-profit and for-profit organizations, and state agencies/government organizations. We specialize in all aspects of event planning and execution including committee and board facilitation, project management, financial planning, tradeshow coordination, site selection, marketing, program development, registration and facility coordination. Our goal is to assist our clients in developing events that meet their desired outcomes, accomplish established goals and are financially successful. DMEM employs 4 full time and 2 part-time associates with skills in the area of database management, marketing, graphic design and web development, logistics, communications and sales. Subcontractors are brought in on as needed basis depending on the project. We excel in working with volunteer committees or conference hosts who need a facilitator or coordinator to help develop the event. The process of starting with a concept and bringing the event to reality is what we do best. DMEM coordinates a broad range of events throughout the state of Vermont and nationwide.
