Palcare was created in May 1993 to fill the critical need for high quality child care for families with changing, unusual or demanding work schedules. Our mission is to provide high quality, flexible, night-and-day education and care for children of all socio-economic levels from 3 months or 5 years old, and to serve as a model of collaborative effort, innovative programming and advocacy for working families.
